Step 1. Tell us about yourself

Sign up to be a member of our service. Leave us your contact information and company name.

Step 2. Select the media you want to pitch

You can select to pitch either local or oversea media.

Choose the types of news you want to be featured in.

Upload the press release (Max 2MB) or share the PR materials with cloud sharing services, such as Google Drive or Dropbox with a link. Please be reminded that change of sharing setting is required.

Schedule a date you want to send out the press release. *Please schedule at least 48 hours before the distribution date.

Step 3a. If you have a press release ready, upload & schedule your media pitch

On-demand copywriters are provided for helping you to write the press release.You can select a copywriter in our portal.

A confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours. If the chosen copywriter decline the job request, HelloPR will suggest another copywriter with the same experience level for you.

A conference call will be arranged for you to discuss the details with the copywriter.

Step 3b. If you don’t have a press release, hire an on-demand writer

You can hire an experienced on-demand writer who is either ex-journalist, PR or copywriter on our portal. Choose one whose domain expertise fits your need, e.g. ex-tech journalist would be the best person to help a tech startup to craft the media pitch

A confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours. If the chosen copywriter decline the job request, HelloPR will suggest another copywriter with similar experience for you. Then we will arrange a conference call for you to discuss with the writer.

Step 4. Review the performance of your campaign

A report of your campaign’s performance will be given for you to evaluate the effectiveness of your campaign.
